This property is my vacation house, it is not an Airbnb. I've decided to share it with my family and friends, so I'm doing things a little different than a normal vacation rental. This is what I'm asking of you:
Check-in: 3:00pm - Check-out: 11:00am - Unless prior arrangements have been made
Please do not invite additional people to the house without prior approval
Well behaved dogs allowed with prior approval
Clean up after yourselves
All trash and recyclables must be taken with you
Change the sheets on the beds
Wash the towels or put in the hamper
